the heart off the Jewish quarters, in the palace of the
marquis de la Vega y Armijo which was founded in the
seventeen century.
The palace is authentically filled with an historic
atmosphere where legends merge and become alive.
Our cuisine built its reputation on its subtle ability
to combine the traditional gastronomy with modernity
influenced by the urban sprawl of the city.
All dishes are prepared with fresh and local Andalusian
ingredients.
